class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Le barrage mobile de Blois, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1970 dans le d\u00e9partement du Loir et Cher, avait pour vocation de cr\u00e9er une base de loisirs. Relev\u00e9 de juin \u00e0 octobre, il repr\u00e9sentait un obstacle \u00e0 la migration du saumon. Une passe \u00e0 poisson existait en rive droite, mais elle \u00e9tait non fonctionnelle. Celle de la rive gauche n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cet obstacle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 comme l&rsquo;un des points noir \u00e0 traiter en priorit\u00e9 dans le cadre du Plan Loire Grandeur Nature (Plan de Gestion des poissons migrateurs 2003-2007). D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les experts du Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de la P\u00eache, aucune solution technique n&rsquo;\u00e9tait envisageable. Le collectif \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;avenir du fleuve se construit sans barrage\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;est donc oppos\u00e9 au renouvellement de la concession accord\u00e9e au Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral 41, gestionnaire du barrage, et qui arrivait \u00e0 son terme le 17 Avril 2005. Celle-ci n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9e.
